AGREEMENT
FOR FULL REGISTRATION (ADOPTED FOR BREEDING AND EXHIBITING PURPOSES).
I am agreeing to the adoption of a puppy/adult being registered on main Register and I am also supplying information of my membership details of the Kennel Association of which I am a member on this form. I will return this form, together with the Health Policy Agreement before the final transaction of the adoption fee being paid, no later than five working days from the date upon which this form is signed. I have read all terms clearly both here and on the Health Policy and understand and am prepared to abide. This contract will be signed and witnessed with the Health Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee every dog adopted for exhibition will win at shows. Dogs are sold as show potential only . Further to this, we will no longer guarantee "bites" . Experiences have taught us, not everyone buying a puppy understand that puppies do teeth (change teeth) and when to have a vet intervene to ensure a correct bite is maintained. Hence, correct show bites will only be guaranteed in dogs sold over six months old ONLY . Any dental work that may arise is the responsibility of the buyer NOT the breeder . We guarantee two fully decended testicles in male dogs over the age of s ix months. If not decended, onus is on the purchaser to have a written report of such findings from a qualified veterinarian. Dog's identification must be stated on the written statement, which should be returned to us as soon as humanely possible. We will replace the dog with another as soon as another becomes available. We will take care of re-homing the dog as companion only. If the dog must be freighted back to us for rehoming, we are not reponsible for freight . We do not guarantee every bitch sold will free whelp.
